Is it ok to wear a sports bra to bed and basically most of the time?
I just like the support and it feels comfortable or is this harmful in anyway?
Hi if you feel you need to wear something at bedtime make sure it has no under-wire, things like maternity bra’s and some sports bras would be fine, what about even a singlet top with an inbuilt bra for at night time? they are at most stores, cheap, and are supportive but comfortable….
