how can i get rid of bed bugs when I can’t even see them?

My baby keeps on waking up with bed bug bites, yes they are bed bug bites, and I have checked her mattress, crib, and surroundings, and I still can’t find where they are hiding. But she still gets bit. I need an organic way of getting rid of these things, please help!
