Duggar family and their no dancing rule?

I was watching an episode of the show “17 Kids and Counting”, which I usually enjoy, when I saw one of the older girls chastising her little brother for dancing to a musical toy he picked up in a store. In a later interview, the father said that they try to be careful of the kind of music they allow into their house so that their children will not want to dance.

This almost made me want to cry. Dancing is natural, even babies do it. I am a religious person, but I fail to understand how people of the Christian faith can explain why dancing is a sin.

So why do they consider it a sin?

Their real motive is probably that they don’t want to end up paying for the prom expenses for all those kids.
