Can you get a ticket if your baby's feet touch the back seat while in a car seat facing backwards?
If I understand However, the baby must be 20 pounds. be in a safety seat facing forward, but my friend told me you can get a ticket if your baby's feet touch the rear seat. No, your friend is misinformed. Sorry. A baby should be 20 pounds and 1 year of being toward the front. End of story. You can get a ticket for not having your child adopted at age apropriate.
