How can you care for a baby wood duck?

I found a small baby wood duck running on the street and I would like WHT know they eat and how you take care of them. How big could get and if you have additional information on them or special links, please let me know and I will be very grateful.

Most naturalists agree the male wood duck is the most beautiful bird in North America. Its color is bright chestnut patches of black and white flanks, gold, red eyes and even arranged in the center of iridescent green, purple and bronze.
