Baby Boy Song
I want to tell you a little story about morning sickness during the night. Yes, you read right. Morning sickness can occur at night, why the term morning sickness is so misleading.
I was about seven weeks pregnant and everything was fine. I took my vitamin, my nausea tomorrow does not look so bad, and I felt really good. Until one night, I saw Late Night with Conan O'Brien. When he began his monologue, my nausea began.
This is not a blow to the humor Conan O'Brien, I actually like his jokes and television (now The Tonight Show.) The first time it happened, nausea hit me so hard that I did just the bathroom in time. It spent the next hour, or vomiting. I chalk something I ate for dinner that night.
Day Next I felt a little discomfort in the morning and have had symptoms of morning sickness pop ups throughout my day, but all in all, I felt really good again. I also went through the food is safe and having regard a dessert as I looked at his friends.
I do not even until the end of the intro song of nausea hit again. "Man, I felt like garbage. Again, I vomited on and off for two hours. I remember how I said it was concerned the second night straight to what had happened.
When I had found what he had eaten that night, which was pasta with tomato sauce base and the night before, he had like pasta with tomato-based sauce (yes, that was what he had prayed during pregnancy), I thought it was probably heavy meals that turned me the stomach. I decided that I'd go for something a little less rich in the night to see if I could prevent this from happening again.
No luck. Including if I had eaten a dinner of baked breast chicken big enough, nausea and vomiting of pregnancy were again tonight. After a couple of hours in the bathroom I could go to sleep. Part of what kept me until the summer worrying about my baby.
I must have a problem with my baby. My previous pregnancy, symptoms have lasted all day, but they did when I hit almost time for lunch. I could not understand why this kept happening every night.
When I got up the next day I called my doctor for an appointment. I could go talk to my doctor. I told him what had happened, examined me and said all was well. I asked about running at night, and she said that this is not uncommon for women to experience morning sickness at night. She said as long when I had the opportunity to keep liquids and food during the day, my body can absorb the nutrients for the baby to grow. He said that if the condition deteriorated to give a call.
Although I was very embarrassed panic, I felt much better knowing that this sort of thing is normal. Reading this story I hope you a kind of comfort that their nausea of pregnancy during the night is quite normal.
