Boot Camp for New Dads Offers Tips for Keeping your baby during the holidays

One of the most important concepts that teach new parents is to provide a safe environment and keep the baby safely. The holidays are busy and is more difficult than ever to keep the baby away from the suffocation and other hazards.

Toxins. Treatment of the house before the holidays? Give a manicure before going on this Christmas? Paints and lacquers and varnishes same solvent and nails should not be used near your child. A newly born immune system is not fully developed, and these substances can be harmful even in small doses.
Smoking. Despite that and your spouse can not smoke, visiting relatives, can not have a problem with the lighting around your baby. Unlike you, your baby can not get out of danger. Ask smokers to take outside or go to the garage, away from the lungs of your baby.
Pockets. It is always gay with a house full of relatives and friends for the holidays. But with so many people moving, sitting and standing – be aware that things can fall from the pockets of their customers unaware of anyone. You can grab a small object and have it in your mouth before you know it. Even swallowing a penny of your baby may need to go through surgery. Stay informed and not be afraid to ask your guests to empty their pockets before holding your baby.
The salt and honey. While you know the rules do not eat salt and honey baby, family or friends may not. Although you can not keep your baby food sodium, too much salt is bad for the kidneys and pressure. And, until your baby's first birthday, babies should NEVER be fed honey. Honey can cause infant botulism, which could lead to death. Make sure that well-meaning parents may be unaware of the rules do not allow your baby the sample, even holiday cooking a piece without asking you first.
Decorations. Christmas decorations are a feast for the eyes. Unfortunately, are also a choking hazard Babies and toddlers are small pieces and put in their mouths.
