Does wearing a front carrier like baby bjorn active aggravate an abdominal separation?
I had a large rectal diastases that was discovered during a csection 4 months ago. The surgeon layered the muscles to encourage them to grow back together. I have been wearing a bjorn active front carrier with my baby in it (12lbs?) every morning and afternoon to pick up my daughter from school. My question is- could this cause abdominal separation? Will it re injure me? Thanks

I am actually looking into all of this right now because I have found that I have abdominal separation (diastasis) and just ordered this DVD to tighten things back up. you can purchase the splint on this website as well. I haven’t, I figured I’d start with the DVD and see how things go. Good luck to you!
