Best sneakers of a stone or a bruised heel?
I stand at work for several hours and I have a heel that hurts! It feels like a deep blue or heel spur. What do you recommend as the best shoe heel for comfort?
I do not know if it will work for you, but I have these shoes by a company called Earth Shoes. They have negative heel technology, I'm sure http://www.earth.us/ can explain better than me. I have plantar fasciitis, which is almost what you describe. I used the arch supports for years, which does not help in any shoe. But when I started using these shoes, the pain disappeared completely. They are expensive but worth it. I get every day.
