They wanted to develop from the distribution in department stores Top In order to boutiques and specialty shops. Decided to sell designs clothes for their children through independent distributors and started Chez Ami.

Product Lines

Among the product lines are fashionable friend and seasonal clothing for children. All designs and construction are overseen by Patsy Aiken. more excluding sweaters, socks and hair accessories for some products are manufactured in the U.S.

Chez Ami publishes a catalog of the season twice a year. All models are made colors are bright and primary and secondary, and are made from the mesh and tissues of higher quality. In fact, the remaining fabrics are sold by the yard through Chez Ami site for those wishing to create their own designs at home.

Distribution structure

As Patsy and Joel began weaning at luxury department store retail decided start an independent sales network to distribute its products. People can register to become sales consultants and selling advance through Chez Ami Home Parties. Each sales consultant is given at certain times of sale between January to April and July to October, directly from Chez Ami.

Sales consultants with a commitment of 100 million from the season's first season and $ 50 for each season thereafter. Sales Consultants are not required to hold stocks, but other additional benefits such as:

– 40% reduction in Chez Ami merchandise
– The cash commissions for all sales
– The first choice at the end of the season Sales
– Performance Recognition Awards

Sales Consultants are supported by Chez Ami receiving significant support sales and marketing, including seasonal catalogs, invitations and command forms.
