Ahead Sunflower
How can you fix raw sunflower seeds if they make a good snack?
The seeds in stores are too salty snacks. I can take salt, but do not want much. Any idea to treat only the seeds? If you do one thing forward trail mix and tell me.
It can get complicated what I wanted to answer, but …. I soak the seeds in raw and let them grow – I soak up all night, and drive for a day and a half. Then I mix in chili powder, cayenne pepper and some salt. Then dehydrated to 90% until they are crisp and enzymes are still active. I like to eat alone or over salads or any dish that needs a crisis. One more like sunflower seeds is eaten raw with raisins … great compliment. Enjoy!
